Informative but.......

I read the book and believe the information is very interesting and informative, I am a little frustrated in the fact that from day to day I have to purchase another grocery list of items to prepare a new soup or meal and I have a tone of ingredients left over that just seem to go to waist, I feel like it is a waist of groceries and is expensive, I was really excited to start this and get on a biggest loser plan but financially it is really not feesable for me, I guess I will follow the instructions and try to incorporate the meal plans in more than just one day. On the more positive side, since I have been on it I do not feel hungry and I do feel that the meals and snacks are filling and satisfying.

This is a case of buyers remorse. I think the book has too much on the show/season and not enough plan....Will probably donate the book to my local library.
